Registration procedure

The registration is mandatory for all participants.

The total number of participants is limited to 280 and all are expected to attend for the whole duration of the meeting.

The conference fees cover : the expenses for participation, access to all lectures and catering.

Please note ! A contribution of 48 euros (all tax included - VAT is 20%) is requested for the gala evening of Thursday, May 19th, which will bring you in the prestigious Château Luchey-Halde, near Bordeaux.

Fees are given in Euros and all tax included (VAT is 20%), meaning all taxes included. Notice that you will receive a confirmation email after your registration.

** Industrials	360 €  all tax included	410 €  all tax included

* All staff attached to a unit located on the campus of the University of Bordeaux and to C.H. Charles Perrens can benefit from this rate.

** The registration of an industrial does not include the purchase of a stand. If you wish to reserve a booth, please contact us.
